1 Acceptance of Terms

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any account balance — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion. Where a closure is unrelated to a player breach (for example, a voluntary closure request), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of due diligence checks.

9 Limitation of Liability
